Prescott Municipal Court represents the judicial branch of government and handles all citations issued by the Prescott Police Department for traffic and non-traffic ordinance violations. The primary function of the Prescott Municipal Court is to administer justice and hold individuals accountable for their actions when found guilty.

Municipal Court Judge
The Municipal Court Judge is Judge Patrick Eich and the Court Clerk is Rashel Temmers. The Judge is an elected position with a four-year term. The judge does not keep regular office hours. However, the Municipal Court Clerk is available from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Monday - Thursday and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
