CONTRACTED EMPLOYEE

The City of Prescott is hiring a contracted employee to attend Council and Committee meetings and prepare the minutes for each meeting.

Scheduling flexibility is imperative. Most meetings are in the evenings. Schedule will vary depending on the needs of the Council and Committees.   Usually no Friday or weekend meetings.

Minutes will be due to the City Administrator/ Clerk 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting.

Microsoft Word and email are required for this position.  Employee will be paid $50 per meeting.  Payment will be made on the 15th and 30th of each month.

This is a contracted position so the employee will receive a 1099 form for compensation at the end of the year.  No benefits with this position.
