RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMIT FEES

 

  1. New residential construction -  $700 flat fee plus $.10 per square foot

 

  1. Modular or manufactured assembled home to be place upon a permanent basement foundation $500 flat fee plus $.10 per square foot

 

Each above fee includes the construction of attached structures that are part of the submitted plan, such as an attached garage, deck, patio or porch

 

  1. Modular or manufactured assembled home to be place upon a slab or non permanent foundation shall be $350

 

  1. Any building cost (remodel/addition) over $100,000 will be considered new construction (1 listed above) and measured according to the RS Means Standard if applicable.

  

  1. Any building cost (remodel/addition) under $100,000 will be $50.00 per required inspection

 

  1. Re-inspection fee : $50.00

 

CITY ADMINISTRATION FEE OF 30% IS ADDED TO EACH APPLICATION
