Prescott Municipal Court represents the judicial branch of government and handles all citations issued by the Prescott Police Department for traffic and non-traffic ordinance violations. Municipal Court Judge
The Municipal Court Judge is Judge Patrick Eich and the Court Clerk is Rashel Temmers. The Judge is an elected position with a four-year term. The judge does not keep regular office hours. However, the Municipal Court Clerk is available from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Monday - Thursday and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.You may mail your fine payment to the Prescott Municipal Court. Please be sure to include your citation number with your payment. Do not mail cash. Make checks or money orders payable to: City of Prescott.
Payment Options
- You may pay your fine in person at the Municipal Court window. Pay by cash, check, money order, debit or credit card. Please note the hours above. For after hours payments, use the drop box.
- You may pay online using a credit or debit card or call 1-877-885-7968. Paying by check or savings is a FREE service. A payment convenience fee of 2.75% (+50₵ if under $100) is added to debit and credit card payments. If you have questions about how much you owe or about your ticket please call 715-262-5546.
- If you fail to pay a fine, the court may suspend your driving privilege or take other action.
