Economic Development

The City of Prescott has 90 acres of industrial and commercial property at the corner of U.S. Highway 10 and Wisconsin highways 35 and 29, just up the hill from the St. Croix River in our convenient and growing community.

Our Prescott Industrial Economic Committee (PIE) is committed to promoting economic development in the City of Prescott. PIE's first project was the promotion, advertisement and development of a 19-acre area north of downtown Prescott. The area is fully developed now and is also the location of the current Municipal Building.  Currently PIE is working on promoting the cities new Business Center. Protective covenants are in place and the Eagle Ridge Business Park is located in a TIF district. The committee meets on an as needed basis. To contact them, please call City Hall at 715-262-5544.
