1. Where is Eagle Ridge Business Park located?

Eagle Ridge Business Park is located at the intersection of Hwy 10 and 29, just north of Highway 10 and east of Highway 29.

The land is currently priced at $85,000 per acre but this price can be brought down for industrial businesses based off of the number of jobs that are created and the value of the improvements placed in the park.

The council adopted a resolution allowing for the payment of impact and hookup fees in 6 annual installments.

Impact Fees may be paid with the building permit. If the impact fees are not paid, payments may be placed on the tax roll and made in 6 annual installments at an interest rate of 5.75% per annum of the unpaid balance. Impact fees not paid when due shall bear interest on the amount due at the rate of 12% per annum. Impact fees not paid when due shall be extended on the tax roll as a delinquent tax and collected in the same manner as delinquent real estate taxes.

Sewer hook-up and lift station fees may be paid with the building permit. All impact fees, sewer hook-up, and lift station fees, including interest, will become due and payable if and when the property title is transferred including conveyance by deed, land contract, inheritance, gift or other means.

This resolution shall sunset December 31, 2013. Building permits must be approved by the Zoning Administrator prior to December 31, 2013 to be eligible for the installment payment option. Building permits are valid for one year from the date of approval by the Zoning Administrator.
